Cross Training

I have recently begun to supplement my running by adding both swimming and cycling to the exercise repertoire. Feeling a little worn out after my 202 miler in April, it was a necessity. Now, I am finding I love the activities and have decided to go challenge the triathlon world. In the meantime, I have also taken up to boxing again, after having fought some Golden Gloves fights after grad school in Pennsylvania. More than anything, I have found these different activities obviously take away from the time I could spend running but are beginning to revitalize my love for the sport again.
