Hopefully the only tumultuous weather in Cumberland, Md., this coming Memorial Day Weekend will be the storm of strings that’s inevitable based on the awesome line-up of the third installment of DelFest. After last year’s site destruction from hurricane-force winds, fest organizers are bouncing back with a huge roster of pickers in the Maryland Mountains from May 27-30.
