Many giant retailers across the country are installing solar panels to help offset soaring energy costs and grab a tax break. Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Kohl’s have all announced plans to add panels in the coming months. Kohl’s will add 85 panels to the 43 that it already has on store roofs. This trend could continue if Congress renews its tax incentives.
