What does the James River mean to you? That’s the question being asked by the James River Association, as they announce “The James and Me: Streaming the James Video Contest.” The JRA is calling for James enthusiasts to reflect on their connection the river, which runs through Virginia from the Appalachians for 340 miles to the Chesapeake Bay, and convey its meaning through video submissions. There are two categories: one for professionals and another for school-aged contestants. Winners will be eligible for a cash prize and a TV appearance.
