The Fat South

Six of the top 10 states with the highest levels of obesity are in the Southeast, according to a new government survey. Mississippi currently stands atop the fatty food chain with 32 percent of adults falling into the category of obese. Alabama and Tennessee followed close behind, and West Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia also made the top 10.
