With a Little Help

Exercise will feel better if you do it with some good pals, according to a new study just published in the Royal Society’s Biology Letters. Scientists at the University of Oxford analyzed the workouts of a rowing team and found that members released more endorphins and had higher pain tolerance when exercising together as opposed to alone.
