Ask the Expert

Q: Is it okay to run on the school track with my jogging stroller?

A: It is okay, but only if you jog in the outside lanes. Those strollers take up some room and you typically don’t run as fast with them, so it’s important to stay out of the way. Some tracks don’t allow wheeled traffic like bikes, but typically, a baby jogger doesn’t fall under that category.
