A newly expanded race series embraces the flirtatious aspect of road running by cutting to the chase…literally. At Skirt Chaser 5K events, women get a three-minute head start, then invite the men to “catch us if you can.” The races are followed by a block party and fashion show. You’ve got two chances to participate in the Southeast in 2010: Savannah, Ga. On Oct. 2, and Charlotte, N.C. on Oct 11. In 2012, the race series expands from 11 cities to 20.
