Come Celebrate the 45th year of Clarksville’s Virginia Lake Festival!

This free event, hosted by Clarksville VA, and attended each year by thousands, has been named “One of the Top 20 Events” by the Southeast Tourism Society for over 25 years.

Friday night kicks off with Opening Ceremonies, featuring a live band and a sampling of food vendors to round out the day. 

Saturday morning festivities start at dawn as hot air balloons rise over the town and an early morning 5k fun run. By 9 am, nearly 200 vendors line the street, including a juried arts & crafts show and a wide choice of delicious foods. 

Saturday is loaded with plenty to do and see from helicopter rides, classic car show, amusement rides and other activities make for non-stop eventful fun in the sun At nightfall, enjoy live music and watch the boats gather on Buggs Island Lake/John H. Kerr Reservoir to see spectacular fireworks over the lake. A “must attend” festival!
